The hotel is very nice , stuff are great , Rabie and soha in the breakfast buffet were very nice and kind to also talk about the place and town , i had one comment on house keeping where immediately Mr. Raji the house keeping manager took care and solve my issue and on top he checked second day if all were going well , the receptionist both morning and evening were friendly to us and the kids , its a very nice place for sure The pS room is a very nice idea and “Joy”was very nice and always helped us to understand the games

The facilities were excellent including the specious and family friendly designed swimming pool, the video games room, the table-tennis room, and the Gym. Food was just OK although the variety provided was meant for all types of cosines. The staff were very welcoming and friendly although they seemed overwhelmed because of the holiday's high number of guests especially the two ladies Sonia, in the reception, and Miga, in the restaurant, in addition to the management staff who addressed some minor issues instantly.

The hotel is overall comfortable. The beds are clean with no smells at all. The breakfast is good but it can be better - other 5stars hotels in Dohfar is really amazing in the breakfast variety and services. I hope the management can put a note to the guests that they should eat all what they put on their plate - lots of waste! The reception are trying to be friendly and smiling but the hotel is completely booked and they were unable to be flexible in checkin and checkout .. so I understand!

Unfortunately, we were there in a very low season so did not see many guests which is always a nice sight when on holiday. But we still enjoyed ourselves a lot and the team did a great job at helping us settle in! Reception staff were very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with the Manager, to sort out a few booking issues!

I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities, the spacious rooms, incredibly child friendly swimming pools and multiple playgrounds. Parents are able to relax while their kids move freely between the pool and playground. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The beach is beautiful. I will definitely be back soon.
